The operation of the level crossing gates at Darley Dale provided the opportunity for a quick dash round to the foot crossing south of Darley Dale to grab another view of the 15.20 Rowsley to Matlock service with a nice plume of exhaust, unfortunately the lighting on this second view was far from ideal.
